Behind

The piece was written during festival LNSO Vasarnīca 2019 composition workshop, the basis for this piece is a north-latgalian folk song "behind the ploughman".

Written for flute, violin, viola, violoncello, double bass, vibrophone, cembalo.

In this music I work with different time perceptions, very slow tempo accelerandi ritenuti and very layered contrapunctal schemes.
